Tony's Insurance Payment through the club got held up. - Adriaan and Craig can access the account for Tony. Flying Reports: n/a. Weather has not been suitable locally. Patto flew the Great Wall of China (PG). 38 C, heaps of thermals, big birds, photo ops. Site Maintenance: More works at NE Heaton - Gary, Ward, Jamie, Ryan, John, Courtney.

May '24 Meeting Minutes Apologies Adriaan M, JOD, Dustan, John. Kieran, Courtney re-signed Hunter Launch Agreement. Business Arising Winch Training Day Pushed back due to weather. May have happened on the second date. May be rescheduled. Nano-light fly in at Rylstone Same weekend as re-scheduled winch training. Tree-trimming days NE Heaton, Merewether. Both succesful days.

Winches Winch operator training event on 4/5 - 5/5. Training at Denman (Pete M's place). Still need to chase up insurance re: Tony. Glenrock Nat. Parks Thanks to Patto and Keiran for filling out documentation.

Re-discussed, Bill O raised the point that the pilot in command was flying in sufficiently different conditions relatively unprepared: (Recent knee operation, low recent airtime etc.) *Recent Flying* *Safety Issues* One PG incident - Dudley bubble incident 3/3/24 Broken hip. Stalled during slow turn through the bubble. Hit the deck hard. *Bombala St Meeting w/ National Parks 27/3/24* Nat Parks is aware of the clearing to the left of launch.

NHGC Meeting Minutes Feb '24 Apologies: Tinks Donny Adriaan Matt O JOD Shane D Manilla - Good flying all round, Tinks to give more detailed update next meeting (Late March). Conditions were challenging some days. 33 registered pilots. No electrocuted pilots, some rainy/thundery weather. Bad launch early in the comp - Sunday - Paul Barry had an incident on launch, left wingtip hit the ground early in the launch, hard impact on the left wing, serious injuries. Task was cancelled.

Meeting Minutes Jan '24 Keiran meets Kate from NP - happy for signage, weddings are legit and within their guidelines. It was proposed that official weddings have signage such that pilots know if a wedding is legit. Still need to pay Pete. Hooley Dooley maintenance - no clue. Ask John Harriott for help chasing grants - happy to help teach someone to chase grants. Flying in the last month: Jamie O flew to Redhead from Strezzie. Many members flew.

Meeting Minutes - Nov '23 Discussed status of Merewether launch. Kieran will be meeting Kate from National Parks. NHGC pays Pete Maheine for facilities and use, and in turn gets a susbsidy from the NSWHPA. Discussed possibility of winch towing training out of Denman (Pete's place).

Meeting Minutes Oct '23 25/10/23 7:47 pm Apologies - Adriaan M, Joel T Meeting w/ Forestry Matter Arising from Minutes - Dixon Park Takeoff, council guy trimming bushes on takeoff side w/ a hedge trimmer, allegedly there is something in the works to fix the larger bush issues. Flights in the last month: - Good flying all around, mostly coastal. Plans to fly inland in the near future. Contact Jamie O for permission to fly Hoolies. Changing Hunter Airspace in Nov.
