Bored with regular prone hg? Got a spare pg harness? Are you maybe showing some signs of poor back care when you were a kid? Me too. So I made a spreader bar (to help my shoulders go between the straps) and a couple of long hang straps and to make sure I hung under the base bar, and turned the speed bar up through 45 deg just in case and clipped my pg harness into a Fun 190. Did a couple of practice runs in the glider on the ground which showed I had to lift the glider a long way up to get the straps to tighten to facilitate a safe launch at proper angle of attack. Went to the hill and launched into easy conditions. Take off was good but I don't like having to lift the glider so far up. Spent most of the flight steering by the rear wires when seated which is not preferable, and on the tubes when in hang which is normal. Also, you have to plan changing from hang to seated and back as you have to thread your arms between the straps.
Oh yeah, flare was restricted on the downtubes but there's always the rear wires :-)
Worth doing again though. Next time will be with shorter hang straps.

Here's some pics:

My hook-in

That control bar is too far away and I'm too low.

Here's a youtube landing thanks to Paul
