On Sunday the 30th August, it will be almost 1 year since we lost our dear friend. It is our intention to carry out a working bee at Dixon Park launch from approx 8.30am, try and gets our butts in the air for a fly, then get together at Dixon Park SLSC for a few drinks from around 3.30pm onwards. Adam's crew from the fire brigade will be there as will people from the Merewether Boardriders club. I believe food should be available and they are putting on some live music as well. It would be great to see you all there to remember the great man, his contribution to the Hang gliding community, especially in this town, should never be forgotten.
